  • 1.5 oz St‑Germain Elderflower Liqueur

  • 2 oz Rosé Prosecco

  • 2 oz Soda Water

  • 8 Mint Leaves

  1. Pour St‑Germain over ice in a glass

  2. Add mint and top with sparkling wine and soda

  3. Stir to combine and garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge

  4. Sip and enjoy
